Be aware of the mandatory clauses that must be respected by your travel and stay organizer.
The regulations protect the client:
- before signing a contract with all required legal information
- at the time of signature of the act of purchase of a stay and/or package travel
Note: an association may, on an exceptional basis, organise a trip (end-of-year type, linked to a particular one-time event), without any constraint of this regulation, only for its members participating in the activity of the said association. Still prevent your insurance company depending on the type of stay and/or trip.
Responsibility lies with the structure that organizes and collects travel/stay registrations organized by the structure.
